Level Up is excited to announce that we are sharing our internal Red Hat® certification study methodology with customers in a no-additional-cost, limited-spot, accelerated “study club” format. Since the Level Up Learning Club typically follows Red Hat Learning Subscription (RHLS)-based courses and content, an active RHLS subscription is required. Sessions are virtually hosted by Level Up architects.
Don’t have RHLS yet? A basic 90-day trial is available from Red Hat here.
Our Learning Club moves quickly: the goal is one certification per month, typically scheduling 3-4 study/review sessions per week, usually in 1 hour blocks. Spots are being made available on-demand at no cost to all Level Up customers with active RHLS seats. For other Red Hat partners’ customers, registration is by invite (please contact your Red Hat sales team if you’d like to be nominated at no cost).
Please note, you don’t actually need to have purchased your current Red Hat Learning Subscription from Level Up to request a spot; any active RHLS seat is fine. What is required though: the personal time and readiness to follow along and practice with the study guide material at a relatively fast pace. However, upon registering, any participation itself on your part is free.
Why is Level Up Hosting This Learning Club?
While Level Up firmly believes that RHLS is an incredible, unbeatable value (one that provides a ton of self-paced and even some instructor-led courses, labs, and related content; along with clear ROI for our customers’ ongoing initiatives to develop and retain their talent), we also recognize that the self-paced learning format of many of RHLS courses can be a bit of challenge to self-organize and schedule around. So anything Level Up can do to help our customers stay on-track with their individual learning goals, we feel is time well-spent together. So we hope that our Learning Club will support motivated self-paced learners, and that each session will be able to “meet you wherever you may be” in your individual learning journey.
Expect Outcomes
Taking Red Hat exams is totally optional but recommended. However, all learners can expect to intake a lot of new knowledge about Red Hat solutions, get regular opportunities to collaborate and trade exam prep tips and tricks with other learners, as well as obtain unique perspectives and insights from the field, so to speak, via Level Up’s architects.
Even learners with no active Red Hat certifications who sign up in October 2025, then closely follow the exam study plans, and pass each exam on schedule, can expect to reach RHCE status by early 2026, and RHCA status by Summer 2026.
Current/upcoming study schedules will be released two months at a time so members can prepare or study ahead.
